At Kelseypb, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality portable mini washing machines, dryers, and irons. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our valued customers.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Kelseypb within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are opened unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Shipping the Item Back: Once you receive the RMA, carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible). Ship the item back to the address provided. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Inspection & Processing: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once verified, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- If you paid via PayPal or another third-party processor, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account or applicable payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
4. Exchanges
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Currently we do not provide direct exchange service. Please return your goods first and then place an order for new goods.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange. We may require photos of the damage or defect to process the claim.
In the event of damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement unit, depending on your preference.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it, but you can return the item once it is received.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used items (unless defective or damaged).
- Gift cards, and any personalized or custom-made products.
