Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or charges when you check out—what you see is what you pay.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing may take a bit longer, but we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
If there is any issue with your order that may cause a delay (e.g., item out of stock), our customer support team will reach out to you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS to ship all our products. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but typical delivery windows are:

Please note that the estimated delivery time begins once your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.
Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
- We also do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. Please check our website for future shipping updates.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, Kelseypb cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holidays or high-demand periods

Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take extra care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:
